Samal is located near Davao City Philippines. The Island Garden City of Samal (IGACOS) is one of the most amazing places in Davao. It is basically well known for its wonderful beaches and islands like the Ligid Island. It is one of the major tourist attractions in Davao City. A lot of resorts are located in this island which can be accessed easily by land transportation and ferry boats. If you could step back away from the beaches, you can have amazing view of Davao City and beautiful geographical features of Samal.

My business started back when I bought this lot at Cogon, Babak. The area was 2,500 square meters and I got it at year 1995.
